When campaign across our area in 2019, a key pledge of mine was to see improvements in our public transport network, especially our trains.
That is why I was delighted to fulfil my 2019 pledge and secure the funds needed to see the re-opening of the middle platform eyesore at Kings Norton train station.
This will see more trains passing through the station, expanding capacity, and improving our local transport network. But the campaign continues – we want to see the Camp Hill line extended so that we can see capacity increase through Kings Norton, Northfield and onto Longbridge.
I am committed to not only achieving but also building on what I pledged in 2019. We’ve achieved a lot across many areas, but now’s the time to keep pushing.
Some more of my work since 2019 includes…
