Cycle improvements in Northfield

🚨Council plan new Cycle Lane on Bristol Road!

Residents will remember the crazy bus lane the council installed on Bristol Road - following my campaign, the bus lane was thankfully removed, at a significant cost!

Now this Bankrupt council wants to spend £10 million on installing a cycle lane on Bristol road - which will join with the existing cycle lane in Selly Oak.

I , however, believe the money will be better spent on improving the Rea Valley Cycle Lane, which needs improvements, such as more lighting, to improve user safety.
